WHERE IS GOLD RESERVE LOCATED?
Gold Reserve is primarily an online store. Our Head Office and Showroom is located at Shop 2 29A Clareville Avenue, Sandringham NSW 2219. We are generally not open to the public unless you are picking up an online order. We may periodically open our showroom from time to time. Sign up to our newsletter to receive notification of upcoming opening hours or feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make enquiries.
What happens once my order is placed ?
You will receive a confirmation of order email from us confirming your order with us. Please check this thoroughly to confirm all details are correct, especially in regards to your monogram selection as no responsibility will be taken for any errors.

Do you offer Refunds or Exchanges?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
We advise you to be very careful with the monogramming details that you enter on your order as we cannot take responsibility for any errors made.
What do I do if my product is faulty?
We will be happy to issue you with an exchange or refund of your choice. Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
