Where do you ship to?

Shipping is available Australia wide and Internationally.

What are your shipping Options?

  1. We offer EXPEDITED OVERNIGHT SHIPPING on ALL orders in Australia if orders are placed before 12 pm on any business day (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays or as otherwise specified). Allow 1-2 days delivery time. Please refer to our ordering and delivery times section below.
  2. Orders placed after 12 pm on any business day will be shipped next day with EXPEDITED OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. Allow 2 – 3 business days delivery time. ) Allow 1-2 days delivery time. Please refer to our ordering and delivery times section below.
  3. FREE Pick Up is also available for our Sydney based customers from our Showroom located in Sandringham, Sydney. We are conveniently located just a short distance from the CBD easily accessible by freeways, near the beach at Shop 2,  29A Clareville Avenue, Sandringham NSW 2219.

How much will shipping Cost?

We charge a small flat fee of $10 for EXPRESS OVERNIGHT delivery, anywhere in Australia and on International orders to ensure you receive your order efficiently and speedily. This is an expedited overnight shipping service for our domestic customers. 

Ordering and Delivery Times

Once your order is received we will prepare and dispatch to you immediately. You will receive an email from us confirming your order and an email confirming dispatch and a tracking number.

Place your order prior to 12 pm on any business day and your order will be prepared and dispatched same day using our EXPRESS delivery service. Allow 1-2 days for delivery.

For orders placed after 12 pm on any business day, once your order is prepared we will dispatch immediately. Allow 2 – 3 business days for most metropolitan areas from date of order (Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays not included).

Please note some remote areas and international orders may take a little longer.

 We use an expedited overnight delivery service on ALL Australia wide orders.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we do ! We offer EXPRESS International Shipping for a flat fee of $10. We ship internationally via DHL for a fast and reliable service. Allow 4 – 6 days for delivery.

Please be aware that if you are purchasing from overseas you may be subject to additional taxes, customs and import duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Australia. These additional costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees and duties which may be applicable in the receiving country.

For our UK Customers

Customers shipping to the UK will be required to pay a 20% import VAT and a 3% import duty rate on their order.

Tracking Numbers

You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note that all deliveries require a signature. If no one is at your specified shipping address when delivery is attempted our courier will leave a card requesting you re-arrange an alternate delivery time suitable to you. Use your tracking details to assist you in determining when delivery will be attempted.
